Structured Engineers Apprenticeship Programme (SEAP) is a government funded programme which was launched by the Minister of works Hon John P. Magufuli on 13 January, 2003 and is supervised by the Board. It aims at enabling Tanzanian graduate engineers wishing to practise engineering to qualify for registration as professional engineers in the shorted possible time.
The Royal Norwegian Support: In order to increase the number of female engineers, the Board introduced the Female Graduate Engineers Capacity Building Program from July 2010. The Program is of 5 years, and is under the support of the Royal Norwegian Embassy.
