Structured Engineers Apprenticeship Programme (SEAP) is a government funded programme which was lauched by the Minister for Works Hon. John P. Magufuli on 13 January, 2003 and is supervised by the Board.. It aims at enabling Tanzanian graduate engineers wishing to practice engineering to qualify for registration as professional engineers in the shorted possible time.
