Eng. Mlote holds a B.Sc. (Agricultural Engineering) of Sokoine University of Agriculture (1988) and M.Sc. (Environmental Engineering) of University of Dar es Salaam (1999).

Eng. Benedict C. Mukama holds a MSc. (Metallurgical Engineering) from the University of Duisburg, West Germany, (1988). He had previously worked with the National Development Corporation (NDC) as a Project Engineer at its subsidiary companies from 1988 – 1999 and later as Principal Scientific Officer with the Tanzania Commission for Science and Technology (COSTECH) from Jan.2000 – June 2006.

He is a registered Professional Engineer, Council Member of the Institution of Engineers (IET), member of the Iron & Steel Society of Germany (VDEh), Executive Committee Member and Treasurer of the Tanzania Association of Inventors (TAI).

Eng. Ramo M Makani holds a Bsc. Eng. (Hons) in Civil Engineering obtained from the University of Dar es Salaam in 1993. He attended Project Management Programs at the African Advanced Level Telecommunications Institute (AFRALTI) in Nairobi and the KPMG through MARCUS EVANS of South Africa in 1998 and 2003 respectively.

Eng. Makani obtained working experience from the Tanzania and Italian Petroleum Refining Co. ltd (TIPER), HOWARD HUMPHREYS Tanzania Ltd (HHT) and The Tanzania Telecommunications Company Limited (TTCL). For about twenty years he has progressively gone through and gained working experience as a plants operator in a refinery factory, design office executive engineer, Sites Engineer, Projects Engineer, Project coordinator, Assistant Manager and Works Manager in the areas of Design, Construction Sites Management, Construction works procurement, project Management and Environmental and Safety Management issues.

Mr. Odemari N.Rushita holds an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from the Institute of Finance Management Dar.es.salaam (IFM-1998). Mr. Rushita assumed the Post of Finance and Administration Officer (FAO) at ERB from February 15th, 2008 after fifteen years with Christian Council of Tanzania, where he held various posts from accounts assistant, accountant and in the last seven years as a Finance and Administration Manager.

Mr. Rushita has attended various trainings on various issues in different parts of the World as follows:- Electronic communication (California - USA, 2000), Financial Management for Senior Executives (Nairobi Kenya, 1999), Healthy Managers for Healthier organizations (Phenix Arizona, 2000). T.o.T in effective Communication for Managers ( Kampala, Uganda 2001) and many other locally organized workshops on management challenges issues under globalization.

Mr.Rushita also worked as a tutor on part time basis in Business Mathematics at CBE. Dodoma and Bookkeeping and Accountancy at Dar-es-salaam Marine Institute (DMI).

Currently, Mr.Rushita is doing his final part of CPA (NBAA) and the Executive MBA of Maastricht School of Management in Collaboration with Eastern and southern Management Institute (Nairobi Venue)

Eng. Barozi joined the Engineers Registration Board in 1998 as Registration Officer. Among other duties, he is responsible for receiving and scrutinizing applications for registration of engineers. He graduated from the University of Dar es Salaam with a B.Sc. (Eng.) Mechanical degree in June 1997. Before joining ERB, He worked for Schlumberger - Sedco as Drilling Rig Safety Officer. This is a foreign company dealing with servicing of gas wells.

Eng. Jamhuri Msabila joined the Engineers Registration Board in June 2003 as an Engineers Employment Liaison Officer responsible for securing employment opportunities for Engineers and Engineering Consulting Firms and then linking engineers looking for employment with prospective employers. He got his Bsc. (Eng.) (Civil Engineering) from University of Dar ss Salaam in 1997. Before joining ERB he worked as a civil engineer in various construction firms.

Ms Veronica F. Ninalwo joined the Engineers Registration Board in February,2008 as Training Officer.

Ms Veronica holds an Advanced Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering of the Dar es salaam Institute of Technology in 2002 and a Postgraduate Diploma in Scientific Computing of the University of Dar es salaam in 2006/2007.

Ms Veronica completed Structured Engineers Apprenticeship Programme in November 2006.

Before joined Engineers Registration Board, Veronica was employed by the Ministry of Higher Education Science and Technology as Education officer I, and attended Pedagogical training for technical educators at Morogoro Teachers College from June ¬to August 2007.

					Eng. S.D. Mlote, Registrar


	Engineer Steven Mlote, the Registrar, is also a board member of IDS - Mzumbe University. Before joining ERB in November 2004, Eng. Mlote who is a Professional Environmental Engineer was Environmental Manager of Golden Pride Project, Resolute Tanzania Limited, a modern gold mining company in Nzega, Tabora.
	Eng. Mlote had previously worked with Tanzania Commission for Science and Technology (COSTECH) as Senior Scientific Officer from January 2000 - August 2003 and Tanzania Sisal Authority where he held several senior positions in engineering (from Estates Engineer, Chief Engineer to Group Engineer) from July 1988 - July 1997.
	Eng. Mlote was the National Coordinator for the Water Poverty Index (WPI) development (2000 - 2002) and first Chairperson of the Gender Advisory Board (GAB) Tanzania chapter 2001 - 2003).
